Datejust 41
Hello Rolex fans. I was going to buy
the new 41 model with a blue stick dial and the smooth bezel but am now considering the fluted bezel. Opinions please |

Either way you can't go wrong. Fluted will mar easy while smooth will show scratches. Id pick smooth as its more sporty IMO.

I want one too, but think the fluted bezel with the sunray blue face looks best. Undecided between the jubilee and oyster braclet, but leaning towards oyster. It's a great looking watch indeed! Good luck in your decision. Cheers!

Although not my pic, this is the same as my DJ2.
I personaly think you have to go fluted with the DJ. To my eye it just makes the watch 'pop' that little bit more, but everyone will have a different opinion depending on the look they are wanting from the watch. |

I like both. Personally have a dj2 with smooth bezel. Smooth makes it a little sportier and versatile in my opinion. No wrong answer though...I do like the jubilee for what it's worth

Fluted bezel and cyclops magnifier are both Rolex icons. I vote fluted.

Pay the extra, go Fluted! That bezel adds more character to the watch. You wont regret it!

Fluted is a whopped $2k extra MSRP. I personally think the watch looks much nicer with a fluted bezel, but for anyone who's unsure I think the right choice is to save two grand.

Hard to advise you on this. Both are beautiful. I prefer fluted. IMO it looks a little more upscale, and represents and iconic look for Rolex.
