It is indeedy, thank you. Thank you, William. Thank you again for your kind words, guys. Another little bonus, if you can call it that (it matters to some) is that I also have a single digit serial number. Never thought about it before but now I have one, it's pretty cool

Wow, simply wow, you made the right choice, such a distinctive piece, there is no mistaking when one sees it, a LE true to the core. Plus all those extras really amount to a fabulous discount, well well done. That's a perfect choice for your 50th! Huge congrats, for the watch and your milestone birthday. I have to say, those panerai hats are so nice, I can never find those for sale anywhere. Enjoy my man

Incoming (Ruud Van Deja Vu)
I've browsed through here this morning but must have missed page 3, lol. Very stunning! Congrats again. Anytime I thought my 311 looked dull some sunlight always did the trick. Those domed crystals show up awesome in different lighting conditions! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Hi Mr Paul
Wonderful news.Heartiest Congratulations. It's really a spectacular gorgeous Luminor PAM00737 Sir BUT I was caught off guard with your choice actually.I mean it was like what ?14 months discussing about the 533 and then all of a sudden BOOM ! Ladies and Gentlemen, feast your eyes on my newest latest Paneristi ! Are there any reviews or articles on the boutique LE rare 737 that I could read up? To be honest ,I had studied almost everything about the 533 since you mentioned about it a few months ago, the automatic cailbre P.2003 /PR 240 and the rare 3 mainspring barrels so this 737 came as a welcome surprise ! I still doubt it would be your last Panerai though... Happy Birthday Mr P |

I didn't have the chance to read up on it beforehand, I didn't even know it existed. It's not even on the Panerai website. I tried searching on Google after I'd bought it and there's not even any pictures online, never mind a review. However, it's an LE version of the titanium 311 and her ceramic sister the 317. It's a P2004 movement, which is also a triple barrel. Have a look here: http://www.panerai.com/en/collection...esCode=SGPA-SG It most certainly is my last Panerai though. So I keep saying..........

Great thread, Ruud! Any chance for a Pamily picture? So we can say Mrs. Ruud's brilliant insight into how you want your collection to be.... she's a keeper! (I'm not talking about the watch.)
And their fancy triplet, the rose gold 277 with blue dial. |

No, I mean it Peter, this is my last one. For definite. No more Panerais, ever. That's me finished. My collection is complete. It is. No, really, I'm done here........

Yes, the 277. I didn't know about that one but I did qualify that above in saying I have so much homework to do. More than I thought by the looks of things I'll do a group shot when I get home on Friday

Well, we've not long arrived at a boutique hotel in The Artisit Formely Known As Saigon. There's just the 19 private villas here, so it's pretty exclusive. We have our own pool and a bathroom the size of Texas. Ok, so I exaggerated but it's as big as a football pitch
I managed to keep up the suspense of not knowing where I was going until we came into land. I either had Five Finger Death Punch, Stone Sour and Papa Roach on the iPod or the latest Star Wars movie on the iPad so deliberately missed all the announcements a bit naughty, I know but Mrs Van D is a chief trolley dolly so I knew I'd be in good hands if there was an emergency. I was too slow with in hitting play for the arrival announcement but I think I did pretty good to drag it out that far. We're off out on a trip of some sorts tomorrow morning and again on Wednesday afternoon. Tonight is for chillin' and forgetting about work and the outside world. Time for dinner now. Have a good rest of day guys and thanks again for all your kind words and well wishes
