For me, white dial. That said, I'd still try both on to determine which one I really like the most.

I like black and orange, had it on my Omega PO, and looks cool on the AP Diver.

From my point of view,
The white dial version looks prettier!
The black dial is more useful, as it was intended by Rolex when it was design/tested.

Black looks best in this pic. Will it be your only Rolex? If so black for sure. It just is more very day. If you already have a black dial sports watch then go white.

Depends what the rest of your collection looks like. I wouldn't do white as my primary Rolex, but it's a great 2nd, 3rd, and so on IMO.

I'm also not sure how I feel about the gloss paint on the hands of the black model and it's clashing with the matte dial used. But I love the orange hand on black. Overall IMO these are one of if not the best bang for the buck out of Rolex.

I like my last gen Ex 2 for it's ability to take a beating

I'm leaning towards the black dial personally.

Thanks,

Personally, I like the white dial better but the black will be more convenient for every day and work wear.

I definitely like the white better, particularly due to that bright orange hand

I like white Better but black looks better on you. It's a large watch and black tends to slim

they both look great on you. It's a real toss up, but I'd go for the white. It's a little more unique in the Rolex world IMO.

My one and only Rolex is the 216570 in White. I wear it constantly and I like it more all the time. Great watch and doesn't collect scratches as much as I expected and I literally wear mine 24/7. I didn't like the gloss black hands against a matte black dial on the Black but truly both are lovely. Let us know what you decide!

White on the EXP II. But if a one and only the decision would be tougher. I have other black dialed watches so always think of the Polar when looking at the EXP II.
