Maybe you can store screws or spring bars in there?

Rolex candy tin. Handed out at Halloween in neighborhoods where the chauffeur drives the kids around because the Estates are too far apart to walk.

Mostly dials are transported in this tin, the dial is packaged in a wax like paper inside the tin most likely to protect the dial feet. In the old days, this slid into an outer thick flexible plastic green Rolex pouch with a snap. If I get a chance I’ll post a pic tomorrow.

Yes, I bought a dial for a Datejust once from an AD and that's what it came in.
