Ebay au, bad swap.

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Rolex-Da...53.m1438.l2649

Just saw this, first time too. So this university student wants you to give him $15000 Aud for him to buy a new Rolex, in return he will send you either a seiko, gshock, tissot, bulova or baume mercier, only 1 watch though that his mum bought him when he was 15. Out of the goodness of your heart, help out a fellow wis ?!

Edit: Suspect he is only after the money and not a real wis, since he can't even tell a datejust 41 to a daydate!

''Are u a wealthy man that wants to do some good? And make a 21 year old university student happy?

Im a watch enthusiast that has

A seiko

G-shock

Tissot

Bulova

Baume Mercier

Watches. Looking to expand my watch collection. I mean Rolex would be a beautiful watch to have. NOT because the watch has fame. NO NO NO. Because Rolex has a deep understanding and a solid foundation as a watch company that makes it so stand out compared to what is out there today. From military to sports. Rolex was always there.

If you think that you still need to buy something i would like to sell one of my watches at the price of the rolex. I believe this would be worth it as a watch collector. As that watch will always have a story to tell.

The watch ill be giving is a gift from my mother. I got it when i was 15 at chatswood. She told me that luxury comes at a price but once u buy it. It loses its value unless you give it meaning.

I have since loved the watch. Still wear it to this day. And this is what got me interested in watches. So please. Help a fellow watch collector out!

Thanks. '' Unquote.

It's crazy what young people expect these days, what happened to no such thing as a free lunch, money don't grow on trees, earn your keep? he just expect some stranger to hand over $15000 for free.

Ebay au, bad swap.

Ummm, yeah he seems to have confused eBay with GoFundMe.

Reported (violating listing practices)

He is using Rolex as a hook for a deceptive listing - however, he doesn’t actually lie to eBayers. Just looking for a sucker methinks.

Looks a lot like the deceptive ads selling pictures of Rolexes years ago...
