Am I missing something? Doesn’t Amazon have them at retail? Seems like there are some around unless I’m not looking up the right info.

Depends on the reference. I think the second generation is the one desired by collectors. Dunno why. Am not into monsters.

I think they’re MK1 and early MK2 versions. Still doesn’t make sense. There’s millions of these floating around.
