Rolex "Trick" Knife

Hi there. A friend of mine recently found a Rolex pocket knife. We've been searching for information about it, but the only thing we've found is an old thread with very little information.

I'd be greatful for any information anyone could provide (correct name, rough date of manufacture etc.)
