16018 Blue Boiler guage dial Whats your opinions?

hey guys,
im pretty new to vintage watches - i was watching this 16018 Boiler guage with jubilee bracelet he has also president bracelet he let me choose the option but said the jubilee is the original match to it but i can choose which bracelet the jubilee bit loose but when its on wrist seems fine, whats your guys thinking on its condition? Which bracelet should i go with jubilee/preisdent? sellers says all factory dial and case and all match- price is about 13k usd- watch only. do you think its fair price? Seems that Boiler guage is rare dial....i kinda like it with the arabic numbers :)
