Glidelock on PM Daytonas

Why has rolex decided to continue to not introduce the Glidelock clasp on the bracelet PM Daytonas? I understand that the length of the clasp is longer, it was initially created to be for the Diver watches to slip on/off a wet suit, etc. But the latest model now includes it on all Oysterflex Daytonas? Am I missing something here?

For those that have the glidelock…you know it is one of the best things to have for pieces you wear year round in different climate.
