Question: Rolex Dial DJ 16234

Hi,

i tried uploading picture but doesnt work
its a dial where the exterior of the dial is a dark blue
and the inside goes lighter, into a light blue
with diamonds on the hour markers
rolex has so many lovely dials however, i cant find anything on it
was this a trend at the time?
