I’d be a no at this point just bc it is game 17 and Dickerson did it in 16, and people would potentially see any record achieved as diminished for that reason anyways. I just don’t think it’s worth the risk.

Not quite the same bc a sacred 40yo record isn’t teetering just inches in front of him, but I want to see JA17 nailed to the bench this week against NE.

Saquon can still do it with less carries than Dickerson though

Dickerson had 2105 yards on 379 attempts
Saquon currently has 2005 yards on 345 attempts

assuming he does it with less i don't think anyone will object or create excuses
