I’ve had good experiences with the sales people there. I did not care for the interaction with one of the sisters at a recent Tudor event though. She came up and spoke with the people I was with, and the experience was condescending. My colleague afterwards told me that the interaction did not make them want to buy from CH.

The following week, I went into the VC boutique to checkout a watch and the same sister was there. I went to say hi and my brief convo with her made me so uncomfortable. For example, she asked who invited me to the event if I never bought from them. I said that’s true, but I have sent a lot of people to them like I did with the Rolex boutique in the same mall. She then asked me for names of the people I sent right on the spot. Her exact words were: “names. I need names.” I shared my thoughts with the salesperson helping me at the time. My fiance also told me she felt as if she was being looked down upon by that sister. I feel this might go the way that Shreve went with “promises” of allocation.
