Looking for Rolex repair in NJ

Hello,

Thanks for reading.

I have a DATEJUST 16233 that I had serviced in October of 2023 at a place that I believed to be reputable. I will not say the name of the business however I will say that it's located in Englewood NJ, Bergen County. The crown came off and I needed an overhaul service and an aftermarket crystal. I paid $750. The watches are sent to NY for repairs. The crystal that was installed has an inferior cyclops, not happy with it. About a month ago, the second hand stopped moving. It sounds like the watch is winding, but no go on the second hand.

Does anyone know a reputable watch maker in NJ that is reasonable and honest?

thanks.
