Need Information on Deployment Screws

My Pan 88 has the deployment buckle and there is a tiny tiny screw which needs loosening when I change straps.

I lost the screw last weekend and it took me hours to find it on the floor with a magnet and lots of patience.

Where do I buy 20 or more of these small flea size screws that hold the strap in place?

If you lose the screw you cannot wear the watch with the deployment buckle.

No Panerai dealers seem to have this tiny screw. They have to be less than $1.00 since they are so tiny.

Thanks for your help
