Some interesting things today

First, I found out that after removing the bracelet from my GV, it does not have the serial at the 6 o'clock position. It just has the words "stainless steel." Second, I'm sure everyone knows what a randomized serial is. Well, they now have randomized clasp codes as well. BUT, at the two ends of the bracelet, it still says "LT," which is approximately 2009, despite that my clasp code a random "OVD," which of course does not stand for anything. This may be the only way to approximately date a Rolex from now with the randomized serial and clasp code. Lastly, I could not believe that I saw a Rolex in my Poli Sci class. One would think it was on the professor, but it was a two tone datejust with yellow gold roman numerals ON ANTOHER STUDENT. I complimented him "nice watch, is it real." He replied "yes, it was a graduation present." I can always distinguish a oyster bracelet, ESPECIALLY when it's a two tone. The gold is just so conspicuous. I can't believe any parents would give Rolex watches as graduation presents. Heck, my parents didn't give me jack squat for graduation. But oh well, it's better I earn my Rolex I guess. Good day.
