!! Urgent Help Needed !! Date Change Problem At My GMTIIc !!

Tonight at 00.06 while I was looking at my watch and waiting the date to change, my date changed but the half of my date window was 3 and the other half of it was 4 ... I waited a little more ,it was the same..it didn't change and stayed in between two dates 3 and 4... 1 hour more passed and nothing changed then I pulled the crown and moved the hour hand to 6 and the date changed to 4... And moved the hour hand back to 23 and the date went back to 3 and I moved forward again to 01 the date changed to 4 again without a problem..
So did something like this happen to you? Is it a sign of a problem? What do you think? What to do? Thanks very much friends..

P.S: I can not sleep without hearing some advice about this issue, that's why called the topic Urgent...thanks
