This months GQ (Stephen Colbert on cover) had an interesting six page or so article on "How to buy a Watch"

Gives you advice on what to look for in watches (IE: movements, complications, quartz, mechanical etc...) How to buy a watch - From an AD w/ all the papers. Basically all the good stuff on this forum.

There was just one quote I wanted to share with you guys...

Look for the two big brands "Theres a pyramid with around FIFTY top brands, but at the very apex there are only TWO: Patek Phillipe and Rolex." Stick with them for quality and appreciative value.
