Rolex oyster bracelet construction ?

Wondered how an oyster bracelet that is made up of numerous individual
links is constructed ? How does it hold together ?. Each link must have an
internal pin inside that holds it to the next link and there are no external
entry points, so is it pressed together in some way, and once worn is it
ever possible for it be restored, and if so how can it be dis-assembled ?
