best place to service a sub

I have a submariner and the rotating bezel has started to pop off. Twice I've had to search for the 18k bezel and have stopped wearing the watch as a result. What is the best fix for this problem and whom should I trust to do the work. I've been in contact with The Watch Buyers Group, and feel pretty good about working with them, but I hate to send the watch off to someone without some kind of reference. So, two questions: 1) Can anyone recommend The Watch Buyers Group? 2) Where is the best, safest place to send my watch for repair? Any help would be appreciated.
