I flew into TEB yesterday and took the opportunity to go to the NY office on 5th Ave. The ladies at the service desk were all very helpful

I asked them for a 116710 SS GMT IIC manual, as my Z serial # came with the 16710 manual, and they produced one in a mere 5 minutes.

I also asked them if they could add a polished SS link and for a mere $54 with tax my baby came back perfectly sized with a brand new link.

All around a good day...with enough time to go to MoMA for a little Salvador Dali/Andy Warhol fix and lunch in Little Italy.
