The jar of twenties

Fellow walks into the bar and sees a huge jar of twenty dollar bills. When he asked what it was for, he was told that the money would go to anyone that completed the bar challenge. After a few drinks, he put his twenty with the others and said,I'm ready!"
The bartender said "First, you down that bottle of Jack Daniels.......
Next, you go out back and pull that diseased tooth out of that pitbull's mouth.
Finally. you need to go upstairs and satisfy Granny..."
He downed the drink and went out back where the patron's heard about fifteen minutes of growling, snarling, yelling, and screaming. He came back into the bar and said, "OK, now where's the lady with the sore tooth?"
