Thoughts on this sub 1680

Hi all,
first of all thank you for such a fantastic forum, so much good reading.
I would be so thankful if you help me with some advice
After having sold my Sinns and my speedy, I very sure my next watch will be a 1680 eventhough it was a close race against a 5513.
I´ve reading intensively up on the 1680 and found out that I can´t afford a Red sub, but really would like one with papers as I still a novice and could easily overlook flaws and deficiencies. I know its a learning curve, but any help would really be appreciated.
At the moment I´m looking at this 1680 with punched papers from a parisian dealer explorerwatch.com called jacques callier. I have called him and he was very polite and seemed trustworthy.

Any comments on the watch perhaps ref on the dealer would be appreciated
Btw. price is a little less than 8000$ and my maximum limit
