Wandered into a local AD today to look at a new necklace for my wife. We had previously purchased a Wellendorf necklace here but not our watches. (They kinda deaf eared me once when enquiring about a Daytona, so sod them)
Anyway Mrs f is trying on some jewellery and I get talking to a sales guy about my Exp II, and say that my AD has a SS Daytona for me coming in May.
Which AD? I say X. Oh them!
He ask at list to which I reply yes.
His response floored me.
I can get you one for then if you like.

Think my face suddenly fits

I might just take him up on his offer.
