Difficulty in winding...

Hello!
I own a 7021/0 Tudor. What is hapenning is the following: When i try to manually wind the watch it is very hard. If i insist, it does two - three turns but the watch is shaking - it feels like the eccentric piece which does the automatic winding is directly engaged with the crown (Sorry i don't know to describe this piece better, and i am not familiar with the terminology). After the 2 - 3 turns like that, the crown falls in a very smooth and "correct" feeling, simmilar to any other automatic watch i have. The funny thing is that i took it to an experienced watchmaker but the problem i am talking about did not appear so i looked like a complete idiot!
Can somebody help me on this?
Thanks!!
