No, the fact that he has enough common sense to type it like he did is why he avoids points, just like one should have enough common sense not to assume they know when points will be given out.

Now if he would have spelled out the word, had malice or even tried to act like a mod in public and award points to another member, maybe then he would have earned 6 points.
