I have a 16610LN and 16570 Polar, the same 2 watches you are considering. I acquired the Sub first, but it has not been on my wrist much at all since I bought the 16570! 16570's 2 time zones are very useful when I travel, it doesn't scream Rolex, and it's definitely more comfortable IMO.

That said, if I had to keep one… it would be the 16610 Sub, because it's THE ICON which I've always wanted and loved. Good luck! Can't go wrong either way.
