I recently went to a watch fair where i chatted with the people in the AP booth.

I tried the RO Chrono ref. 26320 on and asked why the watch has a solid case back instead of a saphire case back as most other RO models.
The kind woman gave me an explanation on why and added, that AP is currently working on a new caliber for the RO Chrono which will have saphire case back.

Do any of you know anything about this new caliber and a possible saphire case back for the RO Chrono ?
