My First... not Rolex yet :P

Hi everyone,
I just received my first vintage watch, bought from eBay few days ago. It's not a Rolex yet, just a Tudor. I was wearing a Tissot PRS-100 before this and as a university student, I am not really financially ready for my first Rolex, so I bought this Tudor as a small motivation for myself, lol

Anyway, the seller is a watch trader so he does not know when the watch was last sent to service. Unfortunately, I guess the watch isn't really keeping time because it appears to be -15 seconds in the past 7 hours.

I'm just wondering, by any chance I can calibrate the time myself while waiting for another 2 or 3 months for my own "watch foundation" to keep enough money to send it to repair? :D

Last but not least, I hope this is not a stupid question. Should the watch be sent to Tudor or Rolex service centre (yes I know Rolex owns Tudor) and how much would the repair normally cost?

Cheers.

ps: I've included a photo of my watch. Don't expect too much from the photo because I'm still learning about watches, and yes, I'm just a student
