it does say "Moderators will make the final decision if the Thread has merit"

And since this is about a pretty rare piece/config I hope this thread has merit and can stay because I could use your input on this one

A friend of mine is considering buying this 19028 (yes he likes diamonds)
the diamonds on dial and bezel are factory original.
the watch is from 1985.
What would be a fair price, asking price now is 16000 USD i believe.
And to me the bracelet looks overpolished (center pyramid links) what do you think?
