Rolex Submariner 2008 LV model

This is my first post so let me know if there is something I can improve on.
I am selling my excellent condition 2008 Rolex Submariner for $7000 USD.
It is truly a gorgeous watch but I want to save up for a A. Lange & Sohne Langematik.
It is the green bezel 50th anniversary special edition model.
It comes with all the documents but unfortunately I don't have the box.
I have the authenticity document required for insurance. It is valued at $10,850.00 + taxes.
Bank wire or face to face in Vancouver are both fine by me. If you are worried about authenticity we can meet at the store I bought it from in Vancouver.
Buyer pays shipping and insurance costs.
I do not do refunds unless if you are in Canada. I would have to pay about $900 usd in duties for a US refund.
