Wearing small...

I have been pouring through this Forum like a teenage boy looking at his first Playboy; and I keep seeing the same thread, "_____ wears small." I have a super tiny wrist, just under 5 but my pieces are all over the board. When I wear my Tank or Chopard I don't even feel them anymore, it doesn't mean I'm going to get rid of them (not yet at least).

I suppose it's all relative but my question to you, what size wears small for you given your wrist size, type of bracelet, case etc.

When is small too small?
