FS: Rolex Red Submariner ref. 1680

Up for sale is a superb example of the iconic ref. 1680 Rolex ‘Red’ Submariner (2.8M Serial #) in excellent condition.

Details:

Dial: The original dial is in great condition with a gorgeous light cream patina and original matching hands. The dial and lume plots are 100% untouched.

Case: Stainless steel case is thick and in excellent condition with no major scratches or dents. Reference and serial numbers are clearly visible between the lugs. Original bezel insert has faded to a gorgeous gray hue complimenting the overall vintage character of the watch. The pearl on the bezel insert perfectly matches the patina on the dial.

Bracelet: The watch comes fitted with a 93150 oyster bracelet in great condition with 11+1 links and 580 end links.

Additional: The watch currently runs well but service history is unknown. No other accessories are included with the watch.

Asking $14,450 by wire (or check deposited to my account) shipped and insured within the US or face to face in the Los Angeles area. International shipping available at an additional cost.

Returns only accepted within 3 days of receipt if item is not as described and is returned in the same exact condition as it was originally sold. Refunds will be considered upon a full inspection and will amount to the purchase price minus shipping and handling costs.
