Ok Guys got mre info, paypal revoked the claim because i sent 2 payments for the watch so I am not covered by them.
Good thing is that my CC company can request a chargeback from paypal after they conduct their own investigation, and contacting the police about the case. I will give more info as I know more Thanks guys for all your compassion��
