Rolex Milgauss real or..?

Hi All,

Can anyone give me an advice about this watch?

I took the first 2 photos of the watch on the hand, other photos received from the seller- private person, no cards or other documents of the watch.
He says that purchased it from a second hand watch store.
According to serial number inside of the bezel under the crystal M8XXXXX- year model is 2007, checked the serial year on one of the websites.
Also on the back case there is a blue/green sticker of about 1/4 of the back case, why is it?

Seems like the words OYSTER PERPETUAL and MILGAUSS under it are more "stretchy" on the currents version of MILGAUSS in Rolex website than in those pictures, could be that the dial has been changed since 2007?
