Icon5 When to declare new rolex during travels???

Hi guys,

I have a trip planned for April next year. Ill be purchasing a new Explorer 1 in Singapore. Most probably from an AD on Orchard Rd. When leaving Singapore ill be claiming the 7% VAT refund and flying to Thailand.

Once returning home from Thailand I will be declaring the watch to Australian customs.

My question is! Do I have to declare my brand new Explorer to Thai customs when entering and leaving Thailand???

I'm confused. Could someone please shed some light.

Thank you.
