Thoughts on this Day-Date?

This is a local Craigslist ad, the pricing seems cheap but still realistic, so I am curious... I don't know this model very well but I dont think this dial should say "T Swiss made T" with open 6's and 9's date wheel (not visible in the attached). I suppose it's possible the dial could have been replaced at some point . Would like to get your opinions before I spend time meeting up with the seller. I believe it is a 118205. Would def have it opened and movement checked if everything else checked out.
