Well, the price of real estate on the East Coast recommends it for water views, that and not having to land surf the waves that occasionally ripple through the land on the West Coast. I do miss West Coast weather however.

Yep, here in New England we've got two season, Winter and 4th of July (which occasionally gets skipped).
