Spotting Rolexes at lunch today

My husband treated me to a nice lunch at a popular downtown Los Angeles restaurant today (although it was only 1/2 full, perhaps due to the economy). Of course, what does any WIS do but check out watches? I was wearing my ladies' SS/platinum Yachtmaster and he was wearing his TT/black face Submariner.

The gentleman at the next table (who was dining alone) was also wearing a TT Sub, but from my angle I couldn't see if it was a blue or black face. I just saw it sideways, noticing the TT Oyster-style bracelet, gold bezel, and cyclops.

At the table behind my husband sat a casually dressed young man (in his 20s) with two women (go figure). He was sporting what appeared to be some type of Date Just that I didn't recognize. I could see the SS Oyster-style bracelet, but I quickly saw a gold face and what appeared to be a gold fluted bezel (and of course the cyclops from the angle). One of the women sported a mid-size Yachtmaster in my color combination (SS/platinum).

The other diners were either too far away (although I could rule out a Rolex by looking at some men's watch bracelets) or they kept their arms down.

So...counting ourselves, there were 6 diners sporting 5 Rolexes at 3 adjoining tables.

My lunch tasted great, by the way.
