Rolex DJ 16014 help

Hi fellow RF members,

I am looking to buy my first vintage rolex dj and I came across this Rolex DJ 15014. Not 100% sure what to look out for so wanted to tap on the experience of the members here. The seller is asking USD 2,900 for this, do you think its a fair price?
