Opinions on this 1603?

Hello all! New to the forum as I am just getting my first.

I recently saw a matte blue 1603 on a leather strap online and just instantly fell in love. A local broker here was able to source one for me and I was hoping I could get some opinions on the condition of the one he is offering. He's asking 3.3k USD.

I do understand that the lume is likely exhausted due to age and that it's not a quickset, but I just love the aesthetics.

I'm thinking it's both a fair price and in good condition (especially based on what I have read about the blue dials corroding) but I would love any thoughts and opinions from the experts!
