Incoming Submariner!

I've been on the hunt for a new watch for while as a compliment to my other watches, including my Deepsea. I picked up an SD43 a few months back, but ended up selling the watch because I felt like it was more repetitive than complimentary to the D-Blue.

I recently tried on a few two-tone Submariners, and fell in love with the 116613ln. I also tried on the blue face, but it just wasn't my style. My AD came through, and had one for me pretty quickly! I know two tone is not for everyone, but I have always been drawn to them, and think the colors really compliment each other well. I really like the size so far, it wears really comfortably, and is just a great versatile size.

What I like most is that the lume looks like it's more of a cream color than white. The yellow gold around the lume gives it a really nice warm tone. Side by side, it looks totally different than the lume on my Deepsea because of the yellow vs white gold surroundings.
