First Rolex AD Issue
Hi All. I recently I purchased my first Rolex an Air King 116900 from an AD. It is a great watch and I love it. Here is my problem. The buying experience was very pleasant. The AD called about one week after i visited the store saying an Air King had arrived. I went that day tried it on etc and bought it. I asked that it be sent to my address up north and they said was no problem. The watch arrived today and the white hang tag is missing. It was present when I bought the watch. The watch is brand new and everything else is as should be. I emailed the AD but they have yet to respond.
I’m not sure how to handle this. I don’t want to make a big deal as I want a good relationship for purchasing future watches but this is my first Rolex it was expensive and I feel it should be complete. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks. |
