Great AD

In the last 1,5 years i purchased two watches (a SS Sub and a ladies Longines) at Bucherer in Basel. These two buying experiences were already very pleasant. Just very friendly and capable staff.

A few days ago i quickly went in to drop something off. The salesperson i worked with in the past was busy but asked me to wait for 5 minutes. I had an appointment and needed to leave but he continued „you really want to wait”. I sat down wondering what this could be about and after a few minutes he came over and told me „Christmas came early, would you like a quick look before you go?“ Slightly confused I agreed, not knowing what to expect. He left and returned with a tray covered with a microfiber cloth. He looks at me with a big smile and takes away the cloth... a BLRO is laying in front of me! Never seen one in the flesh before, what a stunning piece. What a surprise! Unfortunately by that time I really had to leave.

Still a bit in disbelief but tomorrow it‘s collection day. Bucherer Basel is fantastic.
