Women’s Rolex Datejust 31 loosing power.

Good day all.

My wife’s Rolex datejust 31 ref; 178274 which was purchased 2 years ago new from AD has been running consistently slow. She wears it daily and wears it day and night. Any ideas why this would be slowing down?

Local AD is busy atm and asked me to contact them in March. Would this need to be serviced or fall under the 5 year warranty period?

Any advice would be highly appreciated.
