Hi all, you may have seen my 5116G incoming. This was preowned and I have concerns with the movement. Please see picture, I noticed some areas at the bottom that almost look empty/green or unfinished and I believe this is the 215 PS calibre. Should I be concerned?

I need to take it to Patek post lockdown in any case to see if it needs service as it must be at least 9 years old. The watch is running very accurately and strong. Many thanks.
