16710 Question regarding bezel inserts

I have seen several 16710 GMTs being offered with multiple bezel inserts. I haven't been able to find out whether or not these watches were sold originally with multiple inserts, or if they were added to the watch group somewhere along the way?
In addition, if they were sold as a package originally... is there something in the model number that denotes the multiple inserts?

In some countries they did note if it was a blro. But really for the most part the bezel color was not included in papers.
