Rolex Bracelet Query

I recently inherited a rolex 166233 datejust. I don't know much about them. I was wondering what the numbers on the clasp and case mean. I have looked it up, but find it confusing.

From what I can tell, it seems that the case is from 2000-2001 and the bracelet is 18k gold and stainless steel from 2001. Do I have this correct?

In case the images are too blurry, the case number is K191230. On the clasp there are the following codes; DE7, 62523H-18
