Anyone see this dial design on Rolex 6309 before?

Picked this watch up at auction and paid quite a bit for it but thought it was unusual. Red Datejust Turnograph dated 1955. I've looked on the web and haven't seen another dial quite like this. Anyone else? I'm looking at the hour markers and the dots for the minutes. Also, the watch isn't running due to what I believe is a broken mainspring. Can anyone recommend a decent watchmaker to put a new one in? In USA. Also thinking the crystal could be replaced. I have a couple more pics I can post.
