Couple things to think about:
1. If you consider the SD4K to be top heavy, you may not like the thickness of the Skydweller either. I think it looks great on you, but it is on the larger side. 2. I think the Sub would be redundant, but the Skydweller would fill a really nice place in your collection (dressy watch, white dial, etc) 3. You'll find the Skydweller to be much harder to come by in the future. I think the Skydweller is the pick regardless, but IMO it's easy once you factor in the SD4K in your collection
