How much alcohol do you drink per day?

Since my wife has increasingly commented on my drinking habits, I wonder if I should slow down but I don't feel it is out of control and I feel great about it.

My consumption has definitely increased since covid hit in March but I would say my average week goes something like this:

Monday - 2-3 light beers
Tuesday - anywhere from 1-2 double whiskeys/ tequila some kind of liquor
Wedneday - no alcohol
thursday - half a bottle of white wine + 1-2 whiskeys
Friday - bottle of red wine with dinner spread across the night + maybe one whiskey
saturday - 2-3 beers or 1/2 bottle of white wine + whiskey
sunday- no alcohol

On average that sums up my average week over the last couple of months - 4-5 days of alcohol and 2-3 of none. Is this a problem?
